The Thane city police arrested two people with ganja worth Rs 2 lakh.Acting on a tip-off, the cops had laid the trap to nab the accused. The arrests were made near the Castle Mills bus stop.The accused have been identified as Anil Tappanil (28) and Subash Gurugulla (43). They both are residents of Telangana state.
